1. How do I log in to my account after the initial setup?

Answer: To log in to your video listings account, simply return to our Video Listings homepage, www.creativevideotours.com. The top right hand corner of this website has a designated place to login for returning users.

2. How do I change my password, address, and other personal information?

Answer: Once you login to your personal VL account, you will automatically view your homepage. There will be a section titled, “Manage Profile�. Under this header, you can click, “Edit My Profile�. You will then have an opportunity to change all of your personal information for the VL system..

3. How long does it typically take to receive a Video Listing once inputting the order?

Answer: After you submit your order, the standard production turnaround is between 4-5 business days. (Note: this timeline is contingent on the submission of all necessary assets from the VL user.)

4. How will I know when my Video Listing is complete?

Answer: Creative Edge will upload your video listing to YouTube upon completion. Once the video has been succesfully uploaded, you will immediately be notified via email. In addition, you can login to your VL account and select “View My Listings� from the homepage. At this time, you will see all of your current orders. If a listing is complete, there will be a YouTube video link to the far right for you to click on.

5. How can I post my Video Listing to other sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc?

Answer: Option A: YouTube makes the process of “sharing� videos extremely easy. If you click on the YouTube link of your video listing, you will be directed to YouTube’s site which contains the video. Directly under your video, you will see a button entitled, “share�. By clicking that button, you can select which social media site you would like to post your video to.

Option B: You can download the actual video file of your listing by logging into your VL account. You can then manually upload that video from your computer to various social media sites, personal/company websites, etc.

6. Who is in charge of removing Video Listings after a listing has expired?

Answer: Creative Edge will ONLY remove video listings from the Creative Edge YouTube account. The user is responsible for removing videos from any and all other websites that they personally share or upload their video listings with.

7. When is my credit card charged for my Video Listing order?

Answer: The credit card will be charged directly after the order is submitted. You will be emailed a receipt of your purchase momentarily after to confirm your payment.

8. Can I request changes to my Video Listing after submitting the order?

Answer: Creative Edge will only accommodate video changes that are related to the display of information that is contrary to the order form submitted by the user. User’s may NOT request changes to property information, choice of photographs, order of photographs, video intros, scripts, or audio talents after purchasing a VL. There are verification checkboxes in place throughout the order form that every user is required to check, which ensure all information/photographs is correct.

9. What type of video format must I have for my personal video intro?

Answer: Users may upload any type of standard video file for the personal intro to the VL system. The only requirement in place for these videos is the overall length, which cannot exceed 15 seconds. To upload video intros, click “Add New Intro� from the homepage. From there, simply click the upload button and upload as many video intros as you would like for future use.

10. Can I order multiple Video Listings at one time?

Answer: Yes. Once you have submitted information for an order, you will proceed to the “shopping cart� page. You will then have an opportunity to see all of your orders, as well as the current order total. If you would like to add more Video Listings to your shopping cart, simply click the “Add More� button at the bottom of the page. This will direct you to the VL order form. Once you finish inputting information for all of your orders, you can make one simple purchase by clicking “checkout�.

11. Who do I contact with questions regarding my Video Listings?
